Releasing online appointments

In order to publicise appointment times on the internet you, as the service provider, have to release appointment times through Ida. You can choose how many appointments you wish to display and at what times. This could be just one hour a week or an entire working week divided up into hourly segments, for example. The appointment could be an individual hour with a client or a course that can be booked by more than one client.

Your clients access your available appointment times using the "Book now" button. They then select a time span and choose the service they require from the labels that you have put in place. All free appointment times are immediately displayed. Details are shown to the client once a particular appointment time has been chosen.

The ICal Feed enables you to keep your diary up to date. Once a booking is confirmed online it appears immediately in your diary as a booked appointment. All software currently available on the market, such as Outlook, Google Calendar, ICal from Apple etc, support the ICal format.
